De didaktiske greb er baseret p\u00e5 den viden, der eksisterer om kvalitet i idr\u00e6tsundervisningen (se bl.a. Madsen og Svendsen, 2022). For at aktiviteten skal lykkes, er det v\u00e6sentligt at g\u00f8re sig klart, hvad det prim\u00e6re form\u00e5l med bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteten er.<\/p><p>Hvis det vigtigste form\u00e5l er, at eleverne l\u00e6rer om verber, s\u00e5 skal det faglige indhold og ikke selve bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteten v\u00e6re i fokus, fx ved at eleverne skal finde verber p\u00e5 en r\u00e6kke sedler, der er lagt ud i skoleg\u00e5rden. Hvis form\u00e5let er at styrke det sociale samv\u00e6r mellem eleverne, s\u00e5 er det faglige mindre vigtigt, og det v\u00e6sentlige i aktiviteten bliver, at eleverne kommunikerer og samarbejder om opgaven, fx ved at eleverne skal samle bogstaver og i mindre grupper s\u00e6tte dem sammen til ord. Hvis velv\u00e6re, trivsel eller pause er form\u00e5let, s\u00e5 er det m\u00e5ske mere en kort og sjov brain-break, der skal igangs\u00e6ttes, fx en balance\u00f8velse, en koordinations\u00f8velse eller en lille parvis motorik-klappe-leg.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf08df4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf08df4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Skab tryghed og hav fokus p\u00e5 relationer og trivsel<\/h2><p>Det er v\u00e6sentligt at f\u00e5 skabt tryghed omkring bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteterne. Noget af det, der st\u00e5r klart fra forskningen i idr\u00e6tsundervisning, er, at faget potentielt kan medvirke til at skabe en \u00f8get polarisering mellem idr\u00e6tsst\u00e6rke og idr\u00e6tsuvante b\u00f8rn, hvis aktiviteterne har for meget fokus p\u00e5 f\u00e6rdigheder og konkurrence (se bl.a. Munk og Seelen, 2012).<\/p><p>Nogle elever er m\u00e5ske uvante med at bev\u00e6ge sig, de har d\u00e5rlige erfaringer fra frikvarterer eller idr\u00e6tstimer. De kan f\u00f8le sig ekskluderede, hvis de fx mangler motoriske eller relationelle kompetencer i forhold til at indg\u00e5 i bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteter.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>P\u00e5 den led kan det v\u00e6re uhensigtsm\u00e6ssigt at lave et brain-break, hvor eleverne blot bedes l\u00f8be en tur rundt i skoleg\u00e5rden. Eleverne vil hurtigt g\u00f8re det til en konkurrence, og nogle vil falde fra, fordi de ikke kan f\u00f8lge med og f\u00e5r m\u00e5ske en oplevelse af nederlag eller utilstr\u00e6kkelighed.<\/p><p>I stedet kan man bede eleverne om at g\u00e5 sammen to og to og f\u00e5 dem til at hj\u00e6lpe hinanden rundt i skoleg\u00e5rden, hvor de skal finde tre forhindringer, som de sammen skal bev\u00e6ge sig over og tre forhindringer, som de sammen skal bev\u00e6ge sig under. Her styrkes samarbejdsevner, kreativitet og motorik samtidig med, at pulsen kommer op (og der arbejdes med forholdsord).<\/p><p>Det kan desuden v\u00e6re hensigtsm\u00e6ssigt at overveje, hvordan eleverne skal danne par eller grupper, og hvordan aktiviteten starter og slutter (se punkt 4).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-341ae90 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"341ae90\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Brug eksperimenterende tilgange i bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteten<\/h2><p>Som det ses ovenfor, er det vigtigt at tilrettel\u00e6gge undervisningen, s\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 de idr\u00e6tsuvante inkluderes. At arbejde eksperimenterende kan v\u00e6re en vej til dette.<\/p><p>N\u00e5r man arbejder med eksperimenterende tilgange til bev\u00e6gelse, betyder det kort fortalt, at selve bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteten kan l\u00f8ses p\u00e5 flere forskellige m\u00e5der. Det indeb\u00e6rer, at selvom der sagtens kan v\u00e6re fokus p\u00e5, om det faglige indhold er forst\u00e5et og anvendes rigtigt eller forkert, fokuseres der ikke p\u00e5 rigtigt eller forkert i selve bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteten.<\/p><p>Hvis eleven fx skal bruge kroppen til at unders\u00f8ge begrebet spejling i matematik, kan spejlingen m\u00e5ske b\u00e5de g\u00f8res st\u00e5ende, liggende eller siddende. Der er alts\u00e5 flere forskellige l\u00f8sningsmuligheder p\u00e5 det kropslige-bev\u00e6gelsesm\u00e6ssige niveau, mens begrebet om spejling er i centrum og fortsat kr\u00e6ver en faglig forst\u00e5else. Fokus er alts\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e6ringen af det faglige indhold, og kroppen bruges som adgang til at arbejde med dette.<\/p><p>At arbejde eksperimenterende betyder ogs\u00e5, at der ikke er involveret konkurrence eller tab\/vind-koder i aktiviteten, men at fokus er p\u00e5 engagement, fordybelse og deltagelse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94c9d65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94c9d65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Reducer kompleksitet, undg\u00e5 mange regler<\/h2><p>Bev\u00e6gelsesaktiviteter skaber naturligvis kaos i l\u00e6ringsrummet. Det er en foruds\u00e6tning, som m\u00e5 accepteres (se ogs\u00e5 <span><a href=\"http:\/\/meloni.dk\/bevaegdigklog\/index.php\/dansk\/bevaegelse-i-skolen-hvordan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bev\u00e6gelse i skolen \u2013 hvordan?<\/a>),<\/span> men man kan afhj\u00e6lpe lidt af det kaotiske ved at g\u00f8re aktiviteterne enkle. Her kan et pejlem\u00e6rke v\u00e6re at undg\u00e5 aktiviteter med meget komplekse regler. Lav ogs\u00e5 gerne \u00f8velserne flere gange.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Skab klare rammer, og hvis I ikke allerede har det i klassen, s\u00e5 indf\u00f8r gerne et f\u00e6lles sprog eller tegn, s\u00e5 eleverne ved, hvorn\u00e5r de skal stoppe og lytte. Det kan fx v\u00e6re at r\u00e6kke armene over hovedet eller lave kanin\u00f8rer, som eleverne s\u00e5 efterligner. Dermed kan der hurtigt skabes ro.<\/p><p>Lav ogs\u00e5 tydelige afgr\u00e6nsninger af tid og rum, og brug gerne tydelige rekvisitter som kegler, tr\u00f8jer eller farvede \u00e6rteposer, ringe og bolde (Bentholm, 2022). Det er samtidig v\u00e6sentligt at acceptere en vis grad af kaos, som beskrevet i <a href=\"http:\/\/meloni.dk\/bevaegdigklog\/index.php\/dansk\/bevaegelse-i-skolen-hvordan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>Bev\u00e6gelse i skolen \u2013 hvordan?<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p><p>Det er vigtigt at g\u00f8re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at der naturligvis er forskel p\u00e5 at v\u00e6re l\u00e6rer i indskolingen, p\u00e5 mellemtrinnet og i udskolingen.
